Where?
Somewhere near Gunung Brinchang. We will meet in Tanah Rata before leaving to the reforestation site.

Duration?
About 3 hours.

Transportation?
Will be provided from Tanah Rata / Brinchang to the site.

What to expect?
A 35 min ride from town to the Gunung Brinchang mossy forest followed by a short tour by one of the guides. A short drive to the reforestation site, a 350 metres hike up to the site. Plant some saplings, enjoy the scenery, take a few pictures and you're back in town feeling good because you've done your part to help the environment.

Do I have to be physically fit?
You do have to be reasonably fit to hike up to the reforestation site. (We've had children and senior citizens join in our past trips)

What do I have to bring along?
A good pair or shoes, a cap, water and some sun block coz we will be spending some time under the sun. Comfortable pants and a t-shirt will do for most people. Be prepared to get your shoes dirty as it can get muddy in the mossy forest.

How much it going cost?
RM50 per person which will cover the transportation, guides, saplings and light snack..

NOTE: We do not make any profit out of this. We are just doing our part in educating everyone on the importance of preserving the highland forest. Everything goes into the cost of running this program (guides, transportation & refreshments)
